Sins of Night is the story of a down on his luck pizza delivery guy (John, but the MC can be renamed) who makes a delivery very much to the wrong address. Or then again, perhaps it's the best delivery he ever made.
Sired. You've gone from anonymity and despair to a world of complex power struggles and rapacious desires. Your sire is an enigma, as is the reason he chose to turn you.
Now you have to learn to navigate this new world quickly. The power and opportunities are intoxicating, like nothing you've ever known before...but the danger is also very real and omnipresent.
How will you fare in the darkest night?
Sins of Night is a second effort by the developer, and it takes a lot of both the good and bad from their original effort. The best part of the game is that it's well written and the characters are compelling. The prologue, unhindered by a somewhat awkward gameplay system, is particularly good. Their previous game was real porn, and so the renders and freedom of the characters to interact is also greatly improved.
Unfortunately, whereas the Twine gameplay system is common and something of a fixture of the real porn genre...it's absolutely not needed here, and it (or a similar system) being bolted onto this game often drags the narrative to a halt, and interjects too much repetition and filler into a game that simply does not require it.
Whenever it's engaging the player with an event or a storybeat, Sins of Night shines brightly. With the filler stripped away, this could easily be a top 5 game.
Sins of Night features a moderately dark tone with a wide variety of kinks. Players careful about what they choose to enable shouldn't see anything they don't want to.
Play Sins of Night now. Ask for forgiveness later.
As a first time entry on this list, I don't have a ton to talk about for the most recent update. It's mostly adding content onto the various LI paths. It featured a few good events and some small forward momentum with the plot.
